Your Dream. Our Mission.
Practice Areas
We help spouses, fiancé(e)s, children and siblings of U.S. citizens, as well as spouses and children of Green Card holders (permanent residents) with their immigration petitions.
Temporary work visas are for noncitizens who want to enter the United States for employment lasting a fixed period of time, and are not considered permanent or indefinite. In most cases, these categories require the prospective employer to first file a petition with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Is the process through which a noncitizen becomes a legal citizen of a country, in this case, the United States. It is typically achieved through naturalization, which requires meeting certain conditions, such as residency requirements, passing a citizenship test, and demonstrating good moral character.
Noncitizens who have been victims of certain crimes in the U.S., victims of human trafficking, or those who have been abused by their U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident relative, may file petitions to seek protection and legal status in the U.S. They are encouraged to seek both safety and independence from their abusers or offenders.
We assist qualified professionals in obtaining permanent residency through job offers. U.S. immigration law provides noncitizens with a variety of ways to become lawful permanent residents (get a Green Card) through employment in the United States.
Allows individuals to study in the U.S. on a temporary basis. A student visa (like the F-1 visa) is required for noncitizens who want to attend a school or university. If someone is already in the U.S. on a different visa, they can apply for a Change of Status to switch to a student visa without leaving the country, provided they meet the necessary requirements.
Allows foreign nationals to gain residency or a visa by making a significant financial investment in a country's economy.
Spouses, parents, and children of U.S. Armed Force members may be eligible for different immigration benefits such as citizenship , permanent residence , family-based survivor benefits, and other discretionary options.
